Can you be my therapist?
I'm a licensed therapist, and that license means I can't give advice on your specific situation here. That's true even if you bought a course.
What you can do is talk it through with other people who get it. The Facebook group and the Discord chatroom are both full of people working on the same thing.
Does the course cover my theme?
It covers almost every theme you can think of. If yours isn't in there, tell me and I'll add it.
OCD works the same way whatever it's latched onto, so the treatment tends to be the same for every theme.
I bought a course, but it isn't in my dashboard.
